If you haven't already, you can create your SalonLab&Me account following your hair analysis in salon. This means you'll have the advantage of saving your hair analysis data and hair goals, along with your latest order details. This information helps us to personalise your haircare regime for the best results.
Once you've created your account, log in to SalonLab&Me. Make sure you're using the correct credentials to access your personalised dashboard.
In your SalonLab&Me account, navigate to your profile section. Here, you'll find a wealth of information about your haircare history which has been stored following your salon consultation appointment, including your latest order.
Locate the "Order again" button within your profile, specifically associated with your latest order. This button is your ticket to a quick and hassle-free reordering process.
If you want to make any adjustments to your order, now's the time to do it. You can change the products and quantities to suit your current preferences, ensuring that your haircare regime perfectly matches your needs. Please note: the SalonLab&Me Colour Mask colour cannot be changed as part of this process.
After confirming your order, proceed to the checkout. Review your order details and make any final modifications if necessary. Once you're satisfied, simply follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
