STEP 1
Distribute evenly into your hair
Lavish your lengths with the treatment by hand and then use a comb to detangle the hair from bottom to top. Try to avoid overburdening the roots.
STEP 2
Tie your hair up
Use a clip or band to tuck it out of the way and leave the mask to work its magic for 15 minutes. Why not use the time for a little more selfcare – plucking, preening or even try a mindful mediation.
STEP 3
Wrap in a warm, damp towel
The warmth opens your hair cuticles, allowing the treatment to reach a deeper level. The dampness prevents the treatment from being absorbed by your towel.
